Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

Yes, we do. The pricing for long-term stays of at least 6 months is different since the monthly price does not include utility expenses.

We offer long-term stays with utility and internet expenses included. We offer discounts for the following:

  • 1-week stays

  • 4-week stays

  • 8-week stays

  • 12-week stays

Can I book the Townhouse on a third-party booking site?

There are those who prefer the convenience and security of a third-party side and don't mind the platform fee.
